Terms of use
These terms apply to every app published by Helpful Daily Apps. Installing or using an app means you accept them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own study or personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile or extract the lesson content, or republish it in another product. The content, audio and software remain ours.
Subscriptions
A&P Aloud
- New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the library and no payment taken. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins, the first payment is taken, and it renews every 3 months at $19.99 every 3 months . There is no free access once the trial ends without an active subscription.
- The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Payment is taken by the app store you bought it from, not by us.
- Cancel at any time in your Google Play or Apple account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under that store's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly, but write to us if a store decision looks wrong and we will help where we can.
Educational use only
Our study apps prepare you for examinations. They are not medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, and must not be used to make decisions about the care of a patient. The educational use disclaimer is part of these terms.
Accuracy
We work hard on the accuracy of our content and correct errors when they are reported, but we do not warrant that it is free of mistakes or current with every syllabus. Tell us at support@helpfuldailyapps.com if you find something wrong.
Availability
Apps are provided as they are. We may change, suspend or withdraw an app or part of its content. If we withdraw a subscribed app entirely, we will say so in advance and stop taking renewals.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost study time, or for examination outcomes. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your country gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Arkansas, USA, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
